CCU (Compañía de Cervecerías Unidas – Fortune 500) hosts an annual summit where all beverage brands present their achievements, strategies, and goals. For Bilz y Pap’s 120th anniversary presentation, they needed something extraordinary.

The Solution: Hybrid Pipeline Innovation

Traditional keyframe animation would require 3+ weeks. We designed a hybrid pipeline combining mocap with real-time rendering to deliver in 7 days without quality compromise.

In-house capture eliminating weeks of keyframe animation. Custom script transfers Mixamo format to Advanced Skeleton rig with pre-bake editing capability.

2 Maya Character Animation

3 Unreal Engine Enviroment

Theater set with baked lighting. Render optimization: 2 seconds per frame vs 2 minutes in Maya/Redshift (2x RTX 4090). 98% time savings.

4 After Effects Compositing

Maya character renders + Unreal environment + depth passes. Final delivery: 58-second piece at 2520×1080 for 3x7m auditorium screen.
